I have a natural talent for creating a space of trust,
where you can fully—and often finally—express your true self.

Successful Entrepreneur
I co-founded gogglesoc, a 7-figure international business in the ski industry.
Someone Who’s Walked the Path
I spent a decade silently struggling as a high-achieving entrepreneur, pushing myself to the brink of burnout in 2019. Since then, I’ve invested nearly $100k in personal development to recover, grow, and thrive.
Your Secret Weapon
I strive to be the resource I wish I had when I was at my lowest—someone to turn to in moments of overwhelm and uncertainty.
A Trusted Confidant
I’m the person you can rely on to tackle the big challenges. With a genuine curiosity and a knack for diving deep, I help my clients find clarity and take decisive action.

London, 1989
Born and raised in South England, I grew up in a privileged family with a clear, traditional path laid out for me. The message was simple: "Get good grades, land a high-paying job, and everything will be fine." I followed this blueprint diligently, believing that success meant following the rules and achieving external milestones.
Edinburgh, 2008-2012
I graduated with a First-Class degree in Economics with Management Science from Edinburgh University and jumped straight into investment banking in London. I was living the dream: a high-paying job in a prestigious industry. But despite the outward success, something was missing.
London, 2012-2017
Two months into investment banking, a cycling accident left me with a brain bleed. I recovered physically but hid my deepening depression. Drained and anxious, I ultimately walked away from my lucrative job—despite the golden handcuffs.
London, 2017
I leaped into startups as CFO of Karisma Kidz, helping children understand emotions through play. Despite its inspiring mission, financial struggles led me back to accounting. I earned my ACA chartered status and joined Deloitte, but my entrepreneurial spirit never faded.
Whistler, 2017-2019
In Whistler, BC, I co-founded gogglesoc, a business that would grow from a startup to a multi-7-figure brand in the ski industry. We travelled the world, meeting suppliers and customers, and I played many roles within the business. It was an exhilarating ride, but the intensity and pace eventually took a toll on my well-being. Despite the success, I found myself on the brink of burnout by 2019.
Squamish, 2019-2021
Burnout made me rethink my priorities. I immersed myself in mindset, nervous system regulation, and breathwork. Meeting Eleanor and becoming a father shifted my perspective, leading me to exit gogglesoc and find true freedom and balance.
2022
In 2022, I took a year to fully focus on my own self-care and retrain as a coach. I wanted to be the type of coach who could guide others not just intellectually, but through a grounded, calm, and embodied presence. I learned how to co-regulate with my clients—helping them feel more centered, supported, and empowered.
Bali, 2023
We moved to Bali for personal and spiritual growth, where I completed 400 hours of breathwork training, worked with renowned healers, and learned to help others release deep emotional blockages. This journey transformed both my life and my ability to guide others.
2024
Now, with deeper self-awareness, more tools in my toolkit, and a clear sense of purpose, I’m fully committed to helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives release limiting beliefs, step into their power, and build sustainable, fulfilling lives. My work now is dedicated to helping those who were once where I was—feeling burnt out, stuck, and uncertain about their next step.
