Grounding Somatic Practices

Gentle movement, body awareness, and nervous system calming to help you feel safe, present, and embodied before the breathwork begins.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

A guided breathing practice that helps you move beyond the analytical mind, release stored emotions, and reconnect with deeper parts of yourself.

Nervous System Education + Integration

Tools and science-based teachings to help you understand your experience and regulate your nervous system after the session.

This is not therapy. It’s not a place to perform or fix anyone. This is a space to breathe, feel, and come back to yourself—surrounded by men walking a similar path.

You’ll be guided through FBR-style conscious connected breathwork to release tension, access deeper emotional truth, and reconnect to clarity and grounded presence.

No – just your breath and curiosity. I'll explain all about the breathwork process and science

“Do I have to speak in the circle?”

Only if you want to share.

Come and try your first session and if you're not happy, then I'll simply give you a refund.

About Your Facilitator

Rich Adrian-Smith is an executive nervous system coach and certified breathwork facilitator (FBR). He helps high performers, parents, and partners move from stress, shutdown, and disconnection into clarity, presence, and embodied purpose.

After co-founding a successful international business and hitting burnout, Rich discovered the transformative power of the breath. Now he blends nervous system science with ancient breath practices to help others regulate, release, and reconnect—whether in leadership, love, or fatherhood.

He lives in Squamish with his wife and two children and is deeply passionate about supporting others on the path of self discovery.
